Client: Chicago Theological Seminary – Ministerial Institute 2005Objective: To create a marketing piece for an educational event – the Ministerial Institute 2005 – that would enhance the institution’s image and mark CTS's anniversary celebration. Strategy: Drawing upon the images of the View Book, we created visuals with a common theme. We also wrote copy that celebrated the innovative spirit and proud history of CTS as exemplified by guest speakers Barry Lynn and the Rev. Jesse Jackson. Results: The institute was one of the most widely attended events of the year. Integrating the elements of the 150th anniversary, a celebration of the seminary’s role in the 1965 Selma March and the timeliness of Barry Lynn’s presentation on the need to separate church and state, this piece contributed significantly to the turnout. |
