Client: MidAmerica BankObjective: To build loyalty, enhance company culture and communicate specific accomplishments and corporate goals of MidAmerica management to every employee of the bank. Strategy: Create quarterly 8-page magazine - "Stakeholders" - which included articles on different departments throughout the bank. My responsibilities included proposing stories, researching topics, interviewing managers and employees and then write eight to ten 250- to 500-word pieces per issues. |
| Results: "Stakeholders" was very well received and served as an excellent vehicle for communicating HR initiatives, encouraging observation of compliance rules and promoting opportunities for cross-selling products. | |
